Body USA recommends a lifelong healthy eating plan of moderate portions that’s low in saturated fat, simple carbohydrates (white sugars, starches & alcohol), sodium and cholesterol and well balanced to include complex carbohydrates (grains, vegetables, fruits), proteins (lean meats, dairy, nuts, beans) and unsaturated fats.

You are what you eat (and drink). 60-90% of how we look and feel depend on what we consume. Good nutrition is critical in obtaining your ideal look and health.

Fat metabolism depends on adequate hydration. Drink at least 8 to 10 8oz glasses of water per day ( activity, muscle mass or food/ beverage dependent).

To chart client progression and provide baseline information Body USA uses state of the art Diet Analysis + software and Infrared Body fat Analysis.

Body USA provides customized nutritional plans based on USDA guidelines.
